Ashley has vast and varied experience of transacting both operational and long income assets across the past 20 years. He has experience working for all types of property advisors ranging from global listed corporates to equity partnerships through to niche practices. Ashley’s career has given him experience as a Senior Director in the Alternative Real Estate division working at BNP Paribas Real Estate, Europe’s largest real estate advisor and a listed global firm. Previously he worked at Gerald Eve, a UK equity partnership and most recently he co-founded a niche advisory business focusing on the Alternative property sectors. Ashley works with a diverse and loyal client base, which includes UK institutional investors, REITs, developers and numerous occupiers. He has been involved with over £2bn of real estate transactions and 10,000+ beds throughout his career to date.

Some of his career highlights include being a retained advisor to Whitbread for over 10 years on sale and leaseback activity, which include over £450m of London transactions. He also recently advised Abrdn, the UK’s largest real estate investor, on their first operational hotel acquisition on a forward funding of a new 305 bed Hyatt Hotel in Leeds. He prides himself on being one of the leading advisors in the specific markets he operates in and has a particularly deep knowledge of forward fundings structures. His intimate knowledge of his client's portfolios allows him to proactively offer asset management enhancing advice to help them drive value. Ashley graduated from Reading University with a Land Management degree BSc (Real Estate) and is RICS accredited.

Sophia has worked specialising in various alternative real estate sub sectors such as hotels and PBSA for the last two years. She has a good knowledge of operational budgets as well as cashflows and valuation analysis. Her experience to date has been varied working on projects for institutional investors, operators and developers.

Sophia graduated from King's College London with a BA Geography and went onto achieve a master’s in Real Estate at University College of Estate Management at Reading. She is now working towards her RICS qualification.
