Block Real Estate has advised a European Fund on their first PBSA acquisition in the UK. They acquired a 328 bed PBSA scheme let to Unite in Portsmouth, located next to campus off affordable rents and below replacement value.
This transaction involved Block Real Estate employees but was completed at other companies.
