Block Real Estate have advised an investor on the acquisition, structuring and re-branding of a prime freehold Zone 1 London hotel with full vacant possession.

The hotel is modern and had the benefit of full vacant possession. Block were able to advise the new owner on the operational structuring of the asset and undertake a full brand analysis on the right operator for the site. The hotel is currently transitioning and will open as a new brand/identity later this year partnering with a global listed hotel brand.
